Discover Pole/Hoop/Silks are introductory courses at Sometimes that give you a solid foundation and have many advantages. You get to work with the instructor throughout the course and get to know the instructor very well.
The course requires no prior knowledge. Each session includes a warm-up, technique, tricks, and stretching. You’ll receive a thorough introduction to the technique, learning a variety of "moves" and "spins," as well as strength and stretching exercises that will gradually make you more confident, stronger, and flexible. We’ll also combine the movements into sequences, and by the end, you’ll have an impressive routine in place. You’ll feel the strength and joy of training, while receiving personal guidance from your instructor who will support you throughout the entire course.

4 weeks for pole fitness or aerial hoop
6 weeks for aerial silks

After Discover Hoop, you can participate in Hoop 2, Stretching, Strength & Conditioning, Floorwork.
After Discover Silks, you can attend Silks 2, Stretching, Strength & Conditioning, Floorwork.
