When you feel comfortable with what is being taught in class, ask your instructor if you are ready to move on to the next level, or what you need to work on more.

1.5 – preparation for level 2 | SKILL-DRILL 2 | Preparing for Inverts | Students showing a clear understanding and adept performance of the fundamental techniques on pole level 1 classes and who wants to prepare for pole level 2. |
2 – Intermediate | TRICKS & COMBO 2, CREATE & EXPLORE 2 | Aerial&Inverted class | Students who are comfortable with one-handed spins, inverts and climbing to aerial moves like jade. |
