For beginners, we recommend training tights/shorts and a tank top/t-shirt. The vast majority of people train barefoot in our pole classes. Feel free to bring extra warm, comfortable clothes and socks for warming up and stretching.
- In all pole classes you must take off rings, clickers and wristbands and come to the "lotion-free" class for the best grip on the pole.
- In some of the dance classes, you must wear clean trainers for indoor use. At Hoop and Tissue you should wear a t-shirt with longer sleeves and longer training tights.
- Bring your own water bottle. You can fill this in our kitchen.
- Bring your own yoga mat for warming up. Or borrow from us
- We have a wardrobe for storing your clothes but no lockable cupboards. You must bring valuables into the hall. We have two toilets and a wardrobe
Arrive 5 minutes before your class starts to make sure you have enough time.
