Klassebeskrivelser

Good Morning Body

Grab a cup of coffee, put on something comfortable, and join us to start your day right. Good Morning Body is a combination of stabilising strength exercises, light stretching, joint mobilisation, and movement flows to prepare you for the day. 

Fit & Fun

Dette er en morsom styrketrenings time med åpent nivå. Det vil jobbes med core styrke og utholdenhet på gulvet og i par. Dette blir en skredderskydd time, for å bygge opp den styrken som kreves i Pole dance.

Streching - Front Splits

After a good warm up, this class will train you in great technique for developing your front splits. With passive and active exercises to help maximise your mobility and power for splits.

Streching - Backbends

Dive into the science of back bends. This specialised class will condition your strength, stability, and flexibility in your spine.

Streching - Middle Splits

This class is specialised to increasing the flexibility in your box/middle splits. Improve this essential range of motion.

Streching - General

Take the time to open and stretch your body. This class will lead you through a 60 minute stretching session of the whole body.

Lyrical Pole

Learn a beautiful lyrical pole routine in the comfort of your own home.

Low Flow Pole

Learn awesome combinations around the base of the pole. This class will maximise your floor pole skills, handstand, and spins.

Open Pole Flow

Learn beautiful combinations focusing on smooth flows. A great class for improving your spins technique.

Sassy Floorwork

Learn a sassy, sexy floor work routine.Put on your heels and get ready to get down.

Floor Barre

A training system used by ballet schools around the world. This system uses the leg movements from standing ballet barre and uses them horizontally lying on the floor to build strength and precision in your legs. A great class for improving your lines in pole.

Handstand Conditioning

This strength training class will speed you on the road to the perfect handstand. Practice getting upside down on your hands, and train some specialised exercises for getting stronger in your shoulder, hips, and core specifically for handstands.

Exotic Pole Choreo

Learn a bad-ass, seductive pole heels choreography. With body waves, hair flicks and heels, this class will bring out the diva in you.

Bootcamp

A bodyweight exercise class with exercises specialised for keeping your pole muscles strong! The circuits of this class will keep your body pole ready.

Pole Conditioning

Go through the essential conditioning exercises on the pole at home! This class is a dedicated strength and endurance class, train your body for the next level.

Strength and Flow

Using dance and yoga conditioning exercises, this class will help you improve your balance and the strength you need for long, beautiful movement. Improve the strength you need to move between shapes in an easy, smooth flow.

Chairdance

Time to sit down, lean back, and be fabulous. In this class you will learn a sexy choreography of chairdance, bring your heels and a sassy attitude!

Live streaming får du på en lukket gruppe på facebook. Registrer deg her og du vil etter at du ha fullført registrering få tilgang til live streaming. Du får med en gang tilgang til over 30 on demand videoer.

Vi selger stenger

Sometimes er en re-seller for X-POLE. Gjennom nettsiden vår kan du kjøpe et standard sett til hjemmebruk, med eller uten X-LOCK for a bytte mellom statisk og spinning. Et standard sett går opp til 2,7 m takhøyde. Leveringstid: ca 14 dager.

På studioet vårt i Oslo sentrum har vi en fresh shop hvor vi selger poleklær, sko og greps produkter mm.
