We’re excited to invite you to a unique workshop with Elise Dahl-Hansen – multiple Norwegian Champion in polesport and street workout. Known for her incredible strength, technical precision, and dynamic movement style, Elise brings you her top training tools in this high-energy weekend.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who loves pole, handstands, and acrobatics, and wants to build strength, technique, and body awareness under the guidance of an experienced and inspiring coach. You don’t need to be an expert, but some basic experience with pole or bodyweight training is recommended.

This class focuses on fundamental elements essential for mastering a solid handstand. We’ll also cover spotting techniques, press to handstand, and creative ways to incorporate handstands into your movement.

Floor Acro is a class inspired by gymnastics-style movements on the floor, designed to be used as part of a potential routine. The class includes elements such as handstands, cartwheels, and rolls.

13.45 - 15.00 Pathway to Fonji PART 1

Today is the day you get to try a fonji! In class we will go over basic techniques for mastering fonji, as well as safety so that you and your training partner can take your fonji training home with you!

Dynamic pole is a class focusing on transitions and flow with energy and fast movements. The class involves spins, transitions to and from the pole, and aerial elements.
Level/Requirements: Beginner and intermediate pole

This is a class with gymnastics-inspired elements, rotations and handstands. It is recommended that you also attend the handstand workshop on Saturday for basic principles of acrobatics.
Level/Requirements: Level 2 should master basic handstands, cartwheels, leg hangs and butterfly
